Premium Guardianship 
Package. 

This package is recommended for families with limited English proficiency.​

Administrative Services:

  • Execution of the Notarized Custodianship Declaration required to apply for a Canadian Study Permit

  • Facilitation of application process for Canadian Study Permit and Canadian Visa

  • Monitoring of Study Permit and Visa expiry

  • 24 hour emergency access 

 

School Related Services:  

  • Arrangement and attendance of parent-teacher interviews (October and February) 

  • Academic focused check-in with student prior to and after teacher interviews

  • Preparation of detailed written report to family outlining academic strengths and areas needing support 

  • Liaison with school academic support services as required

  • Disciplinary support

  • Processing of permission forms and leave requests

  • Priority access to enriching long weekend programming focusing on Canadian experiences (additional fees will apply)

 

Student Welfare/Family Support:

  • Facilitation of school entry- September meet and greet for new families and students

  • Assistance with local phone and banking services

  • Coordination of medical/immunization appointments

  • Monthly wellness check-ins 

  • Birthday celebrations

  • Attendance at school events i.e. sporting/art events to support student

  • Attendance at graduation ceremony/closing ceremony

  • Organization of social activities to introduce students to Canadian holiday traditions

Standard Guardianship Package.

This package is recommended for English speaking families with strong academic learners. 

Administrative Services:

  • Execution of the Notarized Custodianship Declaration required to apply for a Canadian Study Permit

  • 24 hour emergency access 

 

School Related Services:   

  • Disciplinary support as required
  • Processing of permission forms and leave requests

  • Access to enriching long weekend programming focusing on Canadian experiences if space is available (additional fees will apply)

 

Student Welfare/Family Support:

  • Wellness check-ins 

  • Birthday celebrations

  • Organization of social activities to introduce students to Canadian holiday traditions 

Basic Guardianship Package.

This package is recommended for families only requiring an executed Custodianship Declaration form as required for a Canadian study permit application. 

Administrative Services:

  • Execution of the Notarized Custodianship Declaration required to apply for a Canadian Study Permit

  • 24 hour emergency access
