Premium Guardianship 

Administrative Services:

​

• Execute the Custodianship Declaration form required for the Canadian study permit application

• Facilitate the Canadian study permit application process

• Monitor the study permit expiry

• Provide 24 hour emergency access ​

School Related Services:  

​

• Arrange and attend parent-teacher interviews 

• Academic check-in's with student 

• Prepare detailed written report to family outlining academic strengths and identifying areas needing support 

• Liaise with school and student advisor regarding academic supports

• Provide disciplinary support (if required)

• Process permission forms and leave requests

• Guaranteed access to long weekend homestay and programming focusing on Canadian experiences (additional fees will apply)

Student Welfare/Family Support:

• Facilitate school entry- September meet and greet for new families and students

• Assist with local phone and banking services

• Coordinate and accompany student to medical/personal appointments

• Check-in with student monthly

• Celebrate Birthday

• Attend school events to support student i.e. sporting/art events

• Attend graduation closing ceremony

• Organize social activities to introduce student to Canadian holiday traditions
